·       Pray for young people in Europe to be willing to answer the call to ministry

The Johnstons, France

·        Praise: Trevor Johnston reports that Matthew is handling the transition back into the school system there better than they thought he would.

·        Pray: Trevor has his interview for naturalisation on Dec. 19th in Columbus, so he will be flying here and returning to France on the 21st. He asks for prayer to be able to answer the test questions on US government and history correctly.

 

Ted and Joan Esselstyn,Retired Missionaries from Africa Region

·        Pray for the first Africa Region Theology Conference which will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, from November 10-14. 

·        Pray also for Ted as he teaches an intensive course on the Doctrine of Holiness to pastors in training from Ethiopia and surrounding countries the following week.

 

Jim (medical missionary) & Kathy Radcliffe, Papua New Guinea

·        Praise for revival for their station and the health ministry personnel

·        Pray for the staff of the surgery department that they will have a sense of God’s calling and enablement and the spirit of unity in a renewed way.

·        Pray for a child named Isaiah who had surgery in October for bilateral brain abscesses and who is still having seizures and decreased mental status.

·        Pray for the local pastor there, Rev. Ako, who is away in POM on sick leave from his duties with some cardiac and ulcer problems.

·        Pray for a resolution in the tribal fight among the nearby Sigang lines.

·        Pray for the PNG National Board who oversees the Church of the Nazarene in PNG. They are meeting in Nov. and we ask for God’s Spirit to lead.

·  Pray for the discipleship of six new local converts

·  Pray for continued recovery for Randy after his knee surgery
